The Head of Service in Edo state, Anthony Okungbowan, has been kidnapped in Benin city, the state capital. The Nation reports that Okungbowa was kidnapped at gunpoint and whisked to an unknown destination this evening Saturday, December 19. The abductors are yet to reach out to his family members or the state government.
