Everton footballer, Gylfi Sigurdsson's young brother-in-law has tragically died after accidentally shooting himself. 11-year-old Maximilian Helgi Ivarsson killed himself while playing with the shotgun, which he had taken from a locked gun closet. He died on September 8 five days before Sigurdsson played in Everton's season opener against Tottenham. 
Sigurdsson is yet to publicly speak on the passing of Ivarsson, the half-brother of his wife, 31-year-old Alexandra Alexandra Ívarsdóttir.
